In order to honor our contractual commitments with the hotel and keep our meetings costs for members and guests at an affordable and consistent rate, we have implemented the following cancellation policies:
Cancellations for a previously made reservation are accepted no later than 12:00 noon on the Friday before the scheduled meeting. This policy is based on the fact that our chapter is responsible for payment to the hotel for the cost of the dinner once a reservation is made.
If you make a reservation and cannot attend or cancel in time, we ask that you keep your membership in good standing by sending your meeting fee (payable to ASTD) to:
